Workshop Overview

The Workshop is tailored to significantly improving the skill level of plant operation personnel. Damage control, accident prevention, proper lockout procedure, first aid, safety interlock checks are part of Safety. Operators may decide learn about Electrical Safety and Basic Electricity, including troubleshooting procedures and test meter usage. Other topics include Plant Operation Procedure, Calibration and Maintenance. The entire Exhaust Gas System from the Burner to the Stack is covered including: Pollution Control, Dampers, Flighting, Air Velocities, Combustion, Fuels, Excess Air, Test Preparation, etc. This is accomplished by focusing instruction on the Plant Process Sciences and the latest in state-of-the-art procedures.
