Eliminating Dust Surges From Your Baghouse |

Surge
Bins can be used to smooth the baghouse dust surges and sags and also
store and reject Dust at will. The Surge Bin is equipped with a near upright Discharge Auger, that also acts like an air lock, and can slide it down the Discharge Pipe (14 feet high) to an auger where it can easily be injected back into the process. |

This
mix has large aggregate and very little fines. Therefore, fines need
to be added from a source other than the Baghouse.
These Silos can store, deliver and continuously measure mineral filler and hydrated lime economically. A Dust Flow Meter measures the dust flow and the Automation controls the Mineral Filler Discharge Auger to make up the difference.
