Helpful Hints for using the form generator:

1) It'll take a little while to download. I use a cable modem and the first time through it took a some time to load. If you are on a phone line modem it will definitely take a bit'o'time. Click on the link and go grab some coffee or something while our server and you computer send information back and forth.

2)When you get to the end you are presented with your finished document. There is a button allowing you to open your document in Microsoft Word. I developed this program in Windows 98 and I realize now that on other OSs Winword.exe may exist in a different directory than what I developed this for. If the button does not work for you, you will find the completed document at c:/temp/LOTOWrittenProcedures.rtf. You can then open this file in MS Word or whatever word processing program you choose.

3) If the document does not come up make sure that the directort c:/temp exists. To do this use Windows Explorer (or My Computer) to go to your c drive and make a new folder titled "temp".

4) When you reach the end and have opened your document in a word processor and saved it to your hard drive you can start over again by pressing your browsers "Refresh" button. The second time through loads A LOT quicker than the first time.
