Elimination of Baghouse Fines Feed Surges and Sags while Adding Mineral Filler while Rejecting Some Dust

Three TPH Average Aggregate Dust is being drawn from 100 TPH of Total Asphalt Mix produced. Mix design calls for 7% Mineral Filler. Baghouse delivery from the air lock typically sags and surges 2% to 4% slowly over several minutes. Mineral Filler Storage Silo Discharge Valve automatically opens when Dust Surge Bin level reaches 33% and stops or opens when the bin reaches 100%. Notice what happens between 2:00, 2:01, and 2:02.
