Elimination of Baghouse Fines Feed Surges and Sags while Rejecting Some Dust

Three TPH Average Aggregate Dust is being drawn from 100 TPH of Total Asphalt Mix produced. Mix design calls for 2% dust. Baghouse delivery from the air lock typically sags and surges 2% to 4% slowly over several minutes. The reject valve automatically opens when bin level reaches 100% full and closes when bin level reaches 33%. Notice what happens between 1:00, 1:01, and 1:02.
