The Control System

Our control system is fully customizable to fit the needs of any job. Seen to the right is the control system built for Austin Bridge and Road. This system was equipped with the following features:

• Set point Deviation alarm - errors from specified percentage of virgin aggregate weight do not go unnoticed.
• Low and High Silo Alarm - Indicator lights give plenty of warning to prevent overfilling or running out.
• Manual and Automatic Control of a variable speed drive taking Lime/Dust from your silo.
• Display reads both TPH and Total Tons of mix.

Other options such as; Data Logging, Control from your existing PLC system, and a 4-20 mA output signal are available as well.

Scale accuracy of +/- 1/2% of full output capacity.
